Shipping Information:

First of all, many thanks for shopping with us! Our business is a small family-run operation, and we truly appreciate every single customer :)

Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped 1-3 days after we receive it.

We'll ship your tracked package via Canada Post Expedited service, and depending on your location, your order will generally be delivered within 5-7 business days.

Currently our website is only set up to ship within Canada, but we are happy to ship internationally too! Just email or call us and we can get back to you with a shipping quote for your area.

Return Policy:

Most items on our website can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of the purchase date for an exchange or an online credit (excluding shipping costs). We do not offer refunds. Tea food items, personal care products (such as perfume and soap), lingerie, and sale items— including items purchased using a coupon code— are non returnable.

All returns must be in their original packaging and condition, and clothing must be unworn and unwashed with original tags attached. 

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend sending your items back with a tracking number as we won’t be able to honor returns on lost parcels.
